We have been working hard to find the answer to a simple question.
How do we help small companies find the people they need for their business without them having to use expensive recruitment agencies or trying to do it all themselves?

Our service harnesses technology which we use to streamline our processes but we never forget that recruitment is inherently a people function. Unlike many low cost recruiters, we don't use AI for CV screening and prefer to do all this manually. We will often text or phone applicants with a personal message rather than bulk email them and we are always on hand for a phone call as many people still prefer that.
