Firstly, we use automated short video profiling as part of our recruitment management initial selection process.

Well, a quick and effective solution is to invite them to complete a short video profile. The key benefit with this is that you are giving everyone a chance to shine – even the ones whose CVs may not look so impressive at first glance. Another benefit is that you are asking your applicants to do some initial work and, if they do it, this will demonstrate their commitment to you.

The second solution we offer is 30-minute recorded video interviews.
These tend to be used at the first interview stage. We either use questions of your choice or you can leave it up to us. In 30 minutes, we’ll aim to cover some basic areas such as salary requirements, reasons for leaving and what has attracted them to role etc. and then delve further into their experience and probe their suitability for the vacancy.
These are priced as an extra and can only be used when you are using our recruitment management service.
