This is a very interesting article. Recruitment administration or what we call Recruitment Management is not only time consuming but can also be frustrating. It can take time going backwards and forwards to arrange the interview in the first place and then if it's rearranged, and many are, you have to do it all again. Worse still, interviews can get cancelled at the last moment or, worse than that, the candidate just doesn't turn up! All that work for nothing.
