The financial planning administrator role is a crucial one in our business and plays an important part in the delivery of high levels of client service. The role
Reporting to the Practice Manager, the duties are important and varied and include:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the financial planners.
Handle client onboarding, data entry, and file maintenance.
Prepare and organise financial reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Assist with client research and due diligence.
Manage appointment schedules and co-ordinate client meetings.
Compile and maintain client documentation, including investment statements, account summaries and regulatory filings.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role preferably gained within financial planning or a related industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Detail-oriented and organised with a strong attention to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
