This is great opportunity to join our firm in a key financial planning administration role. The role
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our adviser team. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing a personalised and high-quality client experience.
Assisting the Financial Planners in managing client relationships.
Coordinating, managing, and implementing administration for our clients including gathering information on existing investments, preparing documents for meetings, and making sure client records are up to date and accurate.
Having regular communication with clients, providing them with progress updates and being involved in client meetings.
Managing administration during the clients journey with us.
Essential skills
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in financial services.
Positive Attitude: Flexible, helpful, and willing to follow procedures.
Organised: Can prioritise and manage busy workloads effectively.
Communicative: Excellent telephone manner and written/verbal skills. IT Literate: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet usage.
Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in data entry and strong organisational skills. Independent: Works well under pressure and in a team without supervision.

In addition to a competitive salary of £24,000 to £31,000 per annum, (depending on experience) we offer:
